All orders are processed and dispatched from China within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery time for all orders is approximately 2 weeks (14 business days) from the shipping date.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All fees and import duties are included in the product price except for orders shipped to South America and Asia, where import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. FlagsPlanet is not responsible for any delays or additional charges incurred by customs processing in these regions.


Lost or Undelivered Packages

If an order has not been delivered within 21 business days from the shipping date, the customer may choose between a full refund or a free resend of the order.
