Refunds & Returns Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
FlagsPlanet accepts returns in the following cases:
- The order is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect.
- The customer wishes to return the order for personal reasons such as “changed my mind” or “no longer wanted.”
Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
2. Condition of Returned Orders
Returned orders are accepted in any condition, except in cases where damage results from misuse or intentional alteration by the customer.
Customized orders (see Section 8) are excluded from return eligibility.
3. Requesting a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund request, customers must contact us through the contact form available on our website or by email at flagsplanet@proton.me.
The following information must be provided:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photo evidence if the order is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Our support team will review the request and provide the necessary return instructions.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer preference returns (e.g., changed mind, unwanted order):
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- FlagsPlanet responsibility (e.g., damaged, wrong size, incorrect order):
Return shipping costs are fully covered by FlagsPlanet.
5. Refund or Resend for Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong size, the customer may also choose between:
- A full refund, or
- A free resend of the order
Requests must include photo proof and be submitted via the contact form or email.
- Minor variations in size of 5% or less compared to product description do not qualify for refunds, returns, or resends.
6. Undelivered Orders
If an order has not been delivered within 21 business days from the shipping date, the customer may choose between:
- A full refund, or
- A free resend of the order
Requests must be made via the contact form or email listed above.
7. Refund Method and Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds are processed within 2 business days after approval.
Depending on the payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in the customer’s account.
8. Non-Returnable Orders
The following orders are non-returnable:
- Customized orders or any made-to-order products
- Orders damaged due to misuse or alteration by the customer
